This Privacy Policy sets out our commitment to protecting the privacy of personal data provided to us, or otherwise collected by us when providing our website and website based platform ‘Amplfyr,’ focused on content writing and Search Visibility optimisation (Services) or when otherwise interacting with you.

The information we collect

Personal data: is information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual.

  • Profile Data including your username and password for our platform, Amplfyr, profile picture, purchases you have made with us, support requests you have made, content you post, send, receive and share through our platform, information you have shared with our social media platforms, your interests, preferences, feedback and survey responses.
  • Interaction Data including information you provide to us when you participate in any interactive features of our Services, including surveys, contests, promotions, activities or events.
  • Marketing and Communications Data including your preferences in receiving marketing from us and your communication preferences.
  • Professional data including where you are a worker of ours or applying for a role with us, your professional history such as your previous positions and professional experience.
  • Special Categories of Personal Data is a special category of personal data that includes details about your race or ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, sex life, sexual orientation, political opinions, trade union membership, information about your health and genetic and biometric data. We do not actively request special categories of data about you, nor do we collect any information about criminal convictions and offences. If at any time we need to collect special categories of data about you, we will only collect it and use it as required or authorised by law.
How we collect personal data

We collect personal data in a variety of ways, including:

  • Directly: We collect personal data which you directly provide to us, including when you register for an account, through the ‘contact us’ form on our website or when you request our assistance via email, when you enter personal data as part of your prompts when using our AI tool on the platform, or over the telephone.
  • Indirectly: We may collect personal data which you indirectly provide to us while interacting with us, such as when you use our website, in emails, over the telephone and in your online enquiries.
  • From third parties: We collect personal data from third parties, such as from your employer where they invite you to access our Services and details of your use of our website from our analytics and cookie providers and marketing providers. See the “Cookies” section below for more detail on the use of cookies.
  • From publicly available sources: We collect personal data from publicly available resources such as Companies House and professional networking sites such as LinkedIn.
End User Data

Where your personal data is input into our Services, or where our Services are made available to you through a third party (e.g. your employer), that business is the ‘controller’ of any personal data input into the Services (End User Data), and we act as a ‘processor’ to process End User Data on behalf of the controller. The controller is responsible for complying with any regulations or laws that require providing notice, disclosure, and/or obtaining your consent prior to transferring the End User Data to us to process on their behalf, and therefore End User Data is not covered by this Privacy Policy. We collect and process personal data about you only where we have legal bases for doing so under applicable laws. Our disclosures of personal data to third parties

  • AI service providers such as Anthropic, OpenAI, GeminiAI;
  • CRM providers such as Titan and Mailer Lite;

  • payment systems operators such as Stripe;
  • our existing or potential agents or business partners;
  • sponsors or promoters of any promotions or competition we run;

  • any other third parties as required or permitted by law, such as where we receive a summons.

Google Analytics: We have enabled Google Analytics Advertising Features including Remarketing Features, Advertising Reporting Features, Demographics and Interest Reports, and Google Display Network Impression reporting. We and third-party vendors use first-party cookies (such as the Google Analytics cookie) or other first-party identifiers, and third-party cookies (such as Google advertising cookies) or other third-party identifiers together.

You can opt-out of Google Analytics Advertising Features including using a Google Analytics Opt-out Browser add-on found here. To opt-out of personalised ad delivery on the Google content network, please visit Google’s Ads Preferences Manager here or if you wish to opt-out permanently even when all cookies are deleted from your browser you can install their plugin here. To opt out of interest-based ads on mobile devices, please follow these instructions for your mobile device: On android open the Google Settings app on your device and select “ads” to control the settings. On iOS devices with iOS 6 and above use Apple’s advertising identifier. To learn more about limiting ad tracking using this identifier, visit the settings menu on your device.

Use of AI: We use third-party AI service providers such as Open AI, Gemini and Anthropic to facilitate our Services to you,including to process and generate text-based responses. When you interact with our platform, OpenAI, Gemini andAnthropic may process the data you enter through our platform, and their Privacy Policies can be found here: https://openai.com/policies/privacy-policy/ and https://www.anthropic.com/legal/privacy

You should carefully consider what, if any, personal data you choose to submit through the AI tool. Wherever possible, avoidentering personal data or consider redacting any personal data before submitting your queries or prompts into the AI tool.

Overseas transfers

Where we disclose personal data to the third parties listed above, these third parties may store, transfer or access personaldata outside of the United Kingdom, including the United States of America. The level of data protection in countriesoutside of the United Kingdom may be less comprehensive than what is offered in the United Kingdom. Where we transferyour personal data outside of the United Kingdom, we will perform those transfers using appropriate safeguards inaccordance with the requirements of applicable data protection laws and we will protect the transferred personal data inaccordance with this Privacy Policy. This includes:

Personal data from social network accounts

If you connect your account with us to a social network account, such as Google, we will collect your personal data from thesocial network. We will do this in accordance with the privacy settings you have chosen on that social network.

The personal data that we may receive includes your name, ID, user name, handle, profile picture, gender, age, language, listof friends or followers and any other personal data you choose to share.

We use the personal data we receive from the social network to create a profile for you on our platform.

If you agree, we may also use your personal data to give you updates on the social network which might interest you. Wewill not post to your social network without your permission

Links to other websites

Our website may contain links to other party’s websites. We do not have any control over those websites and we are notresponsible for the protection and privacy of any personal data which you provide whilst visiting those websites. Thosewebsites are not governed by this Privacy Policy

Use of Google API Services (this section applies to personal data accessed through Google API Services)

We use Google’s Application Programming Interface (API) Service to allow you to connect your project on the platform toyour search console in order to enable you to connect and access GA4 and GSC property accounts, and to facilitate loginthrough your Google account using Single Sign-On (SSO).

Our use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including theLimited Use requirements (set out in the Google API Services User Data Policy).

We limit our use of the personal data that we collect to providing or improving our Services. We do not use the personaldata for any other purposes.

We only transfer the personal data to others if it is necessary to provide or improve our Services or as necessary to complywith applicable law or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets where we notify you of this.

We do not use or transfer the personal data for serving ads, including retargeting, personalised or interest basedadvertising.

We don’t allow humans to read the personal data unless

  • we have first received your consent to view specific messages, files or other data;
  • it is necessary for security purposes (such as investigating a bug or abuse);
  • our use is limited to internal operations and the personal data (including derivations) have been aggregated andanonymised.

These restrictions apply to the raw data we obtain from the restricted scopes and data that is aggregated, anonymised orderived from them.

We have policies and procedures in place setting out appropriate safeguards for protecting your personal data obtainedwith the Google APIs. We will also ensure that our employees, agents, contractors and successors comply with the GoogleAPI Services Data Policy.
